Launch Your Career in Customer Success

Are you a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience and kickstart your career? This is your chance to join an exciting Customer Success Internship Program with rotations across Customer Service, Loan Review, Payment Operations, and Collections. Over six months, you’ll develop essential skills, gain exposure to different facets of customer success, and have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the program.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • A degree from a recognised higher institution.
  • Completion of NYSC.
  • No more than one year of post-NYSC experience.
  • Strong interest in customer service and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

  • A technical interview with the Talent Acquisition and Customer Success teams
