About the role
Branch launched its lending business in India in 2019 and has seen rapid adoption and growth. We are growing our product and engineering team in India. As part of the product team, you will work closely with our global engineering team (distributed across three continents) to strengthen the capabilities of our existing product and build out new products for Branch.
As a company, we are passionate about our customers, fearless in the face of barriers, and driven by data. As a product-driven org, we value bottom-up innovation and decentralized decision-making. We believe the best ideas can come from anyone in the company, and we create an environment where everyone feels empowered to propose solutions to the challenges we face. As a Product Manager, you will help the team achieve its goals through deep product work and servant-style leadership.

- Win as one team. Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Data Science, Compliance, Design, and Engineering to solve customer problems together.
- Expand what's possible. Evaluate and manage third-party partnerships and integrations that accelerate our roadmap.
