Job Description
We are looking to onboard a business head to help incubate and lead a new line of business - MSME loans.

Responsibilities

  • Define org strategy and plans for a digital first MSME business
  • P&L management including setting pricing, optimizing processes in coordination with other teams. 
  • Work with tech and operations teams to build the necessary infrastructure
  • Working with finance for business planning
  • Build distribution in partnership with marketing team
  • Hiring and managing a team, as necessary 
  • Ensuring high compliance standards


Requirements

  • 10-15 years in financial services. 5+ years in MSME lending, P&L management
  • Should have managed multiple geographies
  • Hands on experience in setting up and scaling distribution
  • Experience in co-lending and partnerships
  • Experience in digital lending /processes
  • Affinity for data, keenness to measure and track metrics
  • Deep expertise in credit policies and operational processes
  • Ability to build field teams
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
