Job Description
You will be the bridge between raw data and real-world recovery. You will be responsible for analyzing repayment trends, optimizing our automated nudge systems, and helping build our collections strategy. Your goal is to minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPL) while ensuring a "Customer-First" experience that aligns with Branch’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns in delinquent behavior and segment borrowers by risk level.
- Develop and implement champion-challenger (A/B) testing for Collections and Credit Risk strategies
- Monitor the Roll Rate (the movement of customers from one delinquency bucket to the next) and provide weekly reports
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to automate the collections lifecycle
- Integrate sophisticated behavioral triggers into the collection workflow to reduce manual intervention
Qualifications
- Fluency in SQL and R/Python
- Previous experience in analytics and/or quantitative modeling, using large datasets
- Experience analyzing, visualizing and communicating impactful insights to management, investors and / or auditors
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- 2-7 years relevant experience in Collections Analytics, preferably in India Fintech industry
- Enthusiasm for working across cultures, functions, and time zones
