Job Overview

The Collections Analyst role will be responsible for managing the day to day collections operations. This role reports to the Lead, India Collections.
 

Responsibilities

• Perform collections analytics using various collections productivity matrices
• Support in running in house digital campaigns 
• Support in maintaining relations with collections agencies
• Agency performance management - performance reporting, QA and training of agencies/ callers
• Maintain relations with collection agencies by monitoring and communicating their KPIs regularly
• Maintain and update collections SOPs on a time to time basis
• Initiating and implementation of collection strategies to improve overall productivity
   

Requirements

Must haves:

• 1+ years of experience in collections
• Deep understanding of excel and data analysis
• Good communicator and a team player
• Good presentation skills
• Passionate about improving processes and taking initiatives

Good to have:

• Experience with Fintech
• SQL knowledge
